admirable getaway
surprise cake tailored menu perfect evening
I visited citronella's restaurant for a special anniversary dinner and the evening was amazing. the team tailored a menu, and a surprise cake looked. It was a perfect touch. special thanks go to priya, geeta, bruno, jasmine, raya, and david, the barman, they made the night nice. i would also mention the bar snacks, which are delicious.
My late checkout request was not honored. The reception staff initially assured me of easy arrangements. the next day i discovered there were no available rooms and there was no solution offered by the team. they could have been more forthcoming and helpful with the situation.

The main restaurant offers themed dinners each night including mauritian, oriental, and fisherman themes. food is plentiful, and the restaurant also offered delicious options. I found the buffet food great. le patio has theme nights with great choice

The hotel features manicured gardens and crystal clear swimming pools. the long beach access provides a serene experience with expansive views and lots of sunbeds to relax on. Everything is maintained. i spent time here.

The resort includes a spa, water sports activities, and a kids club. I did not partake in water sports. the gym has up to date equipment and space for training. The kids club also offers flexibility. i recommend this resort.

great food clean gardens caring staff
i enjoyed the food at citronella's beach lounge restaurant very much mr satchin ensured i had no issues with my allergies during dining i found the gardens and communal areas very well maintained and clean the kids club seemed great with very kind staff.

convenient location super clean room stocked minibar limited menu unhelpful concierge poor impression
The rooms were close to the beach. That was convenient. cathy from housekeeping kept our room super clean with a smile! ravi always made sure our minibars were well stocked.
The all-inclusive menu was not available throughout the resort. the concierge was not helpful at all. i raised an issue with reception and i was eventually shown to a room to finish getting ready. The experience had significantly diminished our overall impression.

fantastic family stay
modern gym separate sinks rainfall shower
i really enjoyed my stay. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. our room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (this was great!).
the check-in process was slow. i waited about an hour and a half for my room to be ready after arriving.

the hotel has direct access to a clean beach with clear water. coral is present, so water shoes are a good idea. there are also palm trees for shade on the beach.

the kids club is very well-run with engaging activities. i noted staff remembered our breakfast orders and smoothie preferences. many staff members were very kind.

there are pools available . water activities include pedalo and canoeing. guests have access to a glass bottom boat. (it's important to know this!) guests can also use facilities at the sister hotel.
